Hi, I’m Amy June (AJ) Wiggins — Exercise Physiologist, Certified Personal Trainer, Fascial Stretch Therapist, Nutrition & Mindset Coach, and founder of AJ’s Personal Training.
I’ve been coaching and teaching health and fitness since 2005, and I’ve built AJ’s Personal Training to be different from your average gym. My mission is simple: Help adults 40+ feel strong, confident, and energized again — without shame or intimidating workouts.
With a background in exercise science, coaching, and years of hands-on experience, I’ve created a fitness community where busy moms, dads, and grandparents can thrive. Expect humor, science-backed training, and a supportive environment where you’ll always feel welcomed and encouraged.
