Our Story
AJ’s Personal Training was created with one clear vision — to give busy adults a better way to take care of their health. Traditional gyms can feel overwhelming or one-size-fits-all, especially if you’re starting later in life, working around injuries, or balancing family and career. That’s why we designed a supportive, community-driven space in Saint Petersburg where adults over 40 can thrive.
Here, fitness isn’t about punishment or endless burpees. It’s about moving better, feeling stronger, and enjoying the process — with coaches and peers who truly understand where you’re at.
Meet AJ – Founder & Head Coach
I’m Amy June (AJ) Wiggins, Exercise Physiologist, Certified Personal Trainer, Fascial Stretch Therapist, and Nutrition & Mindset Coach. I’ve spent more than 15 years helping people discover the confidence and energy that comes with feeling strong in their own bodies.
From my early years as a health teacher and basketball coach to creating AJ’s Personal Training here in Saint Petersburg, my passion has always been the same: helping people unlock their potential. My approach is part science, part humor, and all heart — because I know fitness should make you feel good, not ashamed.
Whether you’re a busy mom, dad, grandparent, or simply ready to take back your health, I’ll help you lift smart, laugh loud, and live limitless.
